Paul McCartney Hints At Ringo Star Joining Him On Stage

If you're one of the thousands of people who snapped up tickets to see Paul McCartney at Dodger Stadium on August 10, you may be in for a bit of history. McCartney could have hinted that may be accompanied by Ringo Starr.

Speaking to the KROQ Kevin and Bean show, McCartney was asked if any of his many musician friends based in LA - Dave Grohl pointed to by name - sitting with him on that night. But McCartney chose a different name to fall.

"It's always a possibility, you know," he said. “Depends on who’s in town, he imagines to appear. But you're right, that's one of the best things about LA is that today I know millions of people out there, not least Ringo. So who knows, you might find a couple of them unknown to me drags the stage. "

If that was indeed a track that was so subtle that the show's hosts are not even included in it. Instead, they continued their expected questions about working with Grohl online and the other surviving members of Nirvana on the Grammy -winning song “Cut Me Some Slack.

Actually it would not be too much of a shock to see McCartney and Starr together again. Earlier this year, stole the show when they appeared in a special made for TV, "The Beatles: The night that changed America," which aired on the 50th anniversary of the ' first appearance on ' The Beatles The ed Sullivan Show. '

Dodger Stadium the show will be the first time McCartney has played at the famous stadium since August 28, 1966, which was the second to last Beatles concert. His last performance was the next day at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, where McCartney will perform on August 14. It will be the last concert played at the stadium, which will be demolished in late 2014 or early 2015, as the San Francisco 49ers will move into the Stadium of Levi brand new this fall.
